| Great hotel! Very clean, courteous staff, fantastic doorman. The robes run pretty big but you can't complain when you get free robes in your bedroom. The fitness center and pool were lovely. |

| From the moment we drove up to the Ritz, the service was of the highest caliber. It was top rate all the way. Everyone was there to insure you had a wonderful stay. Don't miss the work out room/pool/ locker room-take a bathing suit-- yes a hot tub too!
Hot choc served in the lobby (time of year I am sure)

| We stayed with 2 children - 4 and 6 year old. We asked for a suite with 2 separate rooms but they were all booked up however they gave us Jr Suite with pull out couch with was perfect for us. The room size was very spacious. The bathrooms were very clean, sizable, updated. Awesome robes. View of the river, downtown and Lake Erie in the background! Service was amazing. Save yourself $25 and park on the street around the corner. Plenty of meters nearby if you are not parking during day when you would have to feed the meter. Take the train for a 15 minute ride into Shaker Heights for breakfast at the 24 hour diner by the trainstop or walk across to Yours Truly. |

| Overall we had the kind of quality stay you expect from a Ritz. Downtown was a bit scary and empty. We were not happy to have not just one but two maid knocks on the door to turn the room, beginning at 10:30AM, given the obvious low occupancy and the fact that it was Sunday morning. |

| hotel was greta ...only detraction was lingering people around the hotel and in the mall downstairs that harassed us for money at every turn |

| Staff were attentive, helpful but not pushy and seemed genuinely interested in the guest. We had a small dog and he was treated wonderfully by all the staff. |

| The staff was friendly and the location was fantastic for everything we wanted to see and attend. The connecting mall and tunnel to the Q was a nice touch. The decor was very nice and the staff helpful.
One disappointment we had was when we checked in, we were told that access to the bar and club floor came with our room. Later that evening, we found that this wasn't true. When asked about it, the hotel staff said it was extra. When trying to pay for it, they said there wasn't anything going on up there. Finally, they said it was closed for the evening. We had met others in the hotel that were told they had access as well. |

| Great Hotel Very nice huge rooms. The staff was very curteous and helpful right downtown can walk to almost anywhere with minimal effort. Highly recommend it. |

| We stayed at the Ritz in Cleveland for our wedding anniversary - location is superb; close to the stadiums; shopping and actually a view of the river from our room - food was also excellent. Beautiful place. |
