Recent Ritz Carlton Cleveland Review: "I was visiting Cleveland for my birthday to go to the Rock & Roll Hall of fame and 3 hours after arriving in Clevland I stumbled and broke my foot. For 2 more days I spent almost the entire time in the hotel, except when I was at the ER. Everyone from the general manager to the doorman - who saw me fall and came to me with a wheelchair to help my husband get me up - checked on me all the time. If I needed anything, they brought it to me and set up our bathroom so I could at least take a bath. The food and service is second to none. Upon leaving, they presented me with a nice book on the history of Cleveland and 2 more nights at the Ritz on them! If you have to be stuck in a hotel room, the Ritz is the way to go."
