The hotel is great. I do have one suggestion. The valet needs to be improved. We waited at least 20 mins even after calling in advance to get our car.

We stay here every time we have to be at Cleveland Clinic. Price is not always thenurse cheapest, but its so worth it.

Liked this better than the Intercontinetal hotel. My biggest gripe may be viewed by most as a minor one, NO Soft drinks with sugar!!!!! It seems the health police are restricting sugar and soft drinks. I know these are viewed badly, but what about diet products with artificial sweeteners and there problems?!?! When I'm paying the money, I want what  I want and don't need to be treated liked a child. Where is freedom of choice?

Everything about the hotel is great. I had no problems. Valet is quick and the entire staff is very friendly.

We were there because our youngest daughter was having surgery at the clinic. No mention of paying for parking, cheaper to leave your car in hospital lot, not even supposed to go to your own car. Must have a valet retrieve it even if as I did you just forgot your phone charger. If you are a licensed concealed carrier as I am they don't allow guns on  the premises. Paid for "high speed" wireless internet access and got less than 1 mbs so don't bother paying the extra fee. Had to call 3 times for extra towels. Hotel was quiet and clean but sometimes that isn't enough.

Me quede en el piso Ambassador..no vale la pena, la diferencia son la marca de los amenities y una botella de agua de cortesía por persona. El Hotel brinda servicio de carro, esta bien, hay que pagar por el servicio, pero una noche hubo una confusion por parte del hotel y el carro nunca vino...esperamos 2 horas hasta que pedimos taxi. No lo pedimos  antes pq del hotel nos decían que venía en camino... Aparte de eso..está muy bien.

We stayed here for two nights...a family of four. PLUSES: The suite was spacious and comfortable. The decor of the hotel is sleek, elegant, understated, and modern...all white and teak, with clean lines and right angles. The fitness center is very well appointed and it's open 24 hours. Valet parking is quick and efficient. The taste of the food was  excellent, and there's a healthy (low-sodium, low-fat) menu selection at each meal, and those selections are very tasty and filling. MINUSES: The service in the restaurant was appallingly slow for all three meals we consumed. At dinner the first night, the chef botched my order and had to re-do it, causing more than a thirty-five minute wait for what was essentially breaded turkey, falafel, and a salad. The wait staff provided some compensation for the inconvenience. The next morning, an order of pancakes took more than 30 minutes. The following morning, after the waitress told us that things would be faster this day, two omelettes and two waffles took more than FORTY minutes. So don't have a meal if you're in a hurry. On the morning of the departure, someone had made a smelly and very unpleasant mess in the hallway outside our room (it was New Year's Day). We notified the management at 7:15 AM. When we returned to our room after the endless breakfast at 8:45, it was still there! The front desk assistant only said, "Our housecleaning staff doesn't come in until 9." I believe that if you're running a high-class hotel and someone has heaved their stomach's contents into your hallway, you don't wait for the housecleaners to arrive, TWO HOURS LATER. A foul end to what otherwise was a pleasant stay.

Difficulty in entering the hotel (must go past it and turn around somewhere to enter from the other direction), slow service in the dining room and then the food was overcooked, valet lost our keys and we had to go pick them out on the wall of keys,
